REFUND POLICY

At Luna de mi Sol, we strive to provide a memorable and enriching experience for all participants. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your participation in the experience. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following refund policy:

Refund Policy Details:

  1. Full Refund:

    • If you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before the retreat start date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of all payments made, minus a non-refundable deposit (if applicable).

  2. Partial Refund:

    • If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 59 days before the retreat start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of all payments made.

  3. No Refund:

    • If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the retreat start date, no refunds will be issued.

Alternative Options to Refunds:

We offer the following alternatives if you are unable to attend the retreat but want to avoid losing your investment:

  1. Credits for Future Retreats:

    • Instead of a refund, you may opt for a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future retreat organized by [Your Business Name]. This credit is valid for up to 12 months from the original retreat start date.

  2. Transfer of Spot:

    • You may transfer your spot to another person if you cannot attend the retreat. The new participant must meet any necessary requirements and register under the same terms as your original booking. Please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the retreat start date if you choose this option.

How to Request a Refund, Credit, or Transfer:

  • To request a refund, credit for a future retreat, or to transfer your spot, please contact us at hello@lunadimisol.com.

  • Refunds and credits will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@lunademisol.com.

  • Any bank fees, transaction fees, or non-refundable deposits (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds are not provided for participants who do not show up or who leave the retreat early for any reason.
