2. Services Provided

Luna de mi Sol offers cultural tours through historic landmarks and museums, as well as guided spiritual rituals, including sweat lodges. Our services are designed to provide a deep connection to indigenous culture, history, and spirituality.

Please note that participants must be 18 years or older to participate in any of our experiences. Children are not permitted.

3. User Responsibilities

When booking any service or engaging with our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Follow all local laws and respect the guidelines provided by Luna de mi Sol during tours and retreats.

4. Payment, Pricing, and Cancellations

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, DCI, JCB, Union Pay, Cartes Bancaires, Apple Pay, Link by Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay, ACH Direct Debit, PayPal, and Venmo.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Full refund (minus a non-refundable deposit) if canceled 60+ days before the retreat.

• 50% refund if canceled between 30 and 59 days.

• No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat.

Alternatively, you may opt for a credit towards a future retreat or transfer your spot to someone else with prior notice.

To request a refund, credit, or transfer, please contact us at hello@lunademisol.com. All requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days, minus any applicable fees.

5. Liability Limitations

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that spiritual rituals, including sweat lodges (temazcal), carry certain risks. Luna de mi Sol is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or issues that may arise during tours or retreats.

Participants will be required to sign a waiver before engaging in any spiritual activities.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment details when you:

• Purchase an experience.

• Contact us via our website.

• Subscribe to our marketing communications.

We use this information for internal purposes, including processing your booking and sending relevant updates or promotional material.

We do not sell personal information. Any data shared with third parties is limited to Squarespace, which hosts our website, and tour guides who may need participant names for coordination purposes.

7. User Accounts

When booking an experience, users may be prompted to create an account. By creating an account, users agree to:

• Keep their login information confidential.

• Never share passwords with third parties.

Luna de mi Sol will never contact you asking for your password.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Luna de mi Sol website, including text, images, and media, is protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced without express permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our services will be resolved through arbitration. By using our site or services, you agree to resolve disputes individually and not through class actions.
